Leadership Training Events

All Region Leadership Conference

Occurs the last Monday and Tuesday of September. Significant speakers and successful practitioners share their heart and insights for ministry.

Ethics Conference

Occurs either spring or fall every 12 to 18 months.  Training in boundary issues for clergy and lay leaders; provides resource for making churches safe places for hurting people; meets the requirement for ordination guidelines.

Tools for the Trade

Usually occurs the first Saturday in March in western Washington.  High quality speaker focusing on church health coupled with workshops for lay leaders and pastors. Skills and training help churches become healthy, mission-focused groups.

Other Local Gatherings

Gathering of churches on a more local level to provide leadership training, connection, support, inspiration and shared worship. These events are announced and publicized as they occur, meeting the needs of congregations from a specific geographic area of the region and/or shared ministry needs of congregations faced with similar ministry challenges.
