Coaching

After an assessment the Region makes available coaches and resources to guide the church as it transitions.  These people are also available to any congregation that needs assistance in the pursuit of health and outward focus, and expertise in particular ministries (multiple worship services, small groups, discipleship, externally focused ministries, prayer emphasis, accountable leadership governance, starting a new church).
